We’ve put everything we know about hotel operations into creating spaces that work — and delight — during stays measured in weeks, months or years.

Our work for Native is a perfect example.

The developer has an enviable reputation in the hospitality industry, including two exceptional bar and restaurant brands occupying the ground floor and basement of this landmark early 20th century building. Our role: deliver planning gain to create serviced apartments designed with operational reality and repeat visits in mind. From the many original features to stunning vistas from our rooftop extension, the five-star reviews and high occupancy rates tell the rest of the story.

For other clients, the brief is to boost operational effectiveness, by co-locating their apart-hotel and hotel brands. We brought this approach to our work for Staybridge at Heathrow Airport, creating social spaces with a focus on wellbeing, as well as a gym, laundry and private terrace — with back-room facilities shared with the adjoining Holiday Inn.

We know how to design for everything the long-stay guest needs, with space to eat, cook, relax and work. We look at every detail, from lighting and soft furnishings, to a welcoming check-in space and carefully considered flow. It’s about creating a better-than-home-from-home experience, bringing guests back time and again.
