Proctor House is a Grade II listed building which was converted from vacant restaurant, office and warehouse spaces into a 104 bedroom hotel in Newcastle’s vibrant city centre. The majority of the work in this project involved the re-planning of the internal spaces as well as restoring the existing fabric of the building with matching stone, brick and slate. A new roof was also constructed to the rear of the building to provide adequate head room to the upper floors.
