Their most recognisable brand Holiday Inn has had a major refresh and this hotel demonstrates their open lobby concept, along with a bespoke destination restaurant which attracts custom from surrounding hotels. The sister hotel Staybridge Suites is an aparthotel designed to appeal to a more specific customer. The apartments have a more residential feel and along with kitchen facilities and more space are ideal for longer-stay business travellers or families. Shared back of house facilities and clever integration of the two hotels allows high construction and operational efficiency while also maintaining the identity of each brand.
