Wembley Point is an existing high rise building located on Harrow Road at the end of Tokyngton Park in north west London and is a prominent feature on the skyline in the area. Built in the 1960s, the 21-storey building was originally designed as office accommodation, but fell vacant as the existing building did not offer contemporary office performance requirements.
We were approached to convert the existing building into a development comprising of a 300 bedroom Hilton Garden Inn hotel, with an additional 5 floors of office accommodation which would reflect current standards. The development sought to secure the future of this well known local landmark and provide Hilton with a highly visible new Hilton Garden Inn to add to their London portfolio.
