Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh City Centre

Holiday Inn Express Leith Walk has been given a facelift as we roll out the fresh Gen 4 brand interiors to the public spaces of this busy city centre hotel. The space has benefited from the lighter atmosphere, taking advantage of the large original windows and high ceilings to incorporate a mezzanine level.

The hotel has further expanded by utilising underused rear car parking space to extend 25 new Gen 4 guestrooms towards the mews lane. We worked with the client to adapt a previous planning consent to suit the brand and Building Control requirements.
