We brought our expertise in similar town centre projects to this sensitive market town hotel and delivered a successful planning consent.
The site lies to the north of the Spires Shopping Centre in Barnet. The proposal was two storeys with roof windows, in materials to reflect those on the Chipping Close terraced houses, including the use of contract coursing and lintol detailing. Creating bedrooms within the roof and dormer space the building height to St Albans Road ties through with the heights on High Street and the adjacent new build on Chipping Close.
