Ica were Architects for the original hotel as a new build project. 15 years later our Interior Designers returned to refresh the interiors. This was a joint venture by the hotel owner and IHG hotels to implement a prototype interior for the new Gen 5 brand design.

Ica have provided brand design to IHG over several generations of this long standing and constantly evolving brand. Ica won a European Hotel Design Award (now Ahead Awards) for their Gen 3 design which was well received by owners and customers.
