Holiday Inn Express Hamilton

This mixed-use retail and hotel development forms a key part of the regeneration of Hamilton town centre and creates a gateway building on arrival from the M74.

Working with South Lanarkshire Council, a local business and investor, we were able to introduce a hotelier to operate the hotel and bring hotel development expertise.

With the project having failed to get off the ground after many years, the team pulled together, and we were able to take the project from concept to site very quickly.
